Founded by anonymous bankers who were non-target students, FacelessFinance (FF) is a platform and community built to help fellow non-targets break into investment banking.
The core of our platform is a 300-page, hand-typed series of courses on emotional intelligence, networking, interview prep and technical lessons, all written as if a friend was talking to you for hours on end.
The platform also includes discussion rooms to share insights with fellow students and receive direct support from the FF team.
In our first year of operations, our initial cohort of 7 non-target sophomores received 5 offers from top investment banks and growth equity firms.
FF was built with the belief that all top talent does not mature linearly, and can exist outside of the top pipelines.
We want to find that talent, enable it to beat the odds and expect that victory to give talent the confidence, life skills and connections to fulfill their potential over their career.

Our first year was dedicated to building our platform and seeing proof points through successful members.
We want to turn that up a notch and take a 5-10 year view.
Through the creation of classes of fellows and deeper time spent with mentors, we aim to get every single fellow in, by force of sheer will and network if nothing else.
Once every student is in, they will help future classes and in 5-10 years, FF Fellows will be a forceful network across multiple industries and firms as fellows continue to develop their potential.
